Delivery and use without fine-print games.
Probably The Dog products are downloadable PDF files. No physical product is mailed unless a listing explicitly says otherwise.
Checkout and delivery
Payhip handles payment and digital delivery. The product page shows the current price, included files, and checkout terms before purchase. Keep the purchase email because it may contain the download link or receipt needed for support.
Personal household-use license
You may print copies for your own household and provide completed pages to people directly caring for your dog, including a sitter, boarding provider, groomer, or veterinary team. You may not resell, upload, publicly share, redistribute, or use the blank pages as part of a commercial service or another product.
Purchase support
If a delivered file cannot be opened, the download is missing, or the product is materially different from its listing, email hello@probablythedog.com with the product name and purchase email. Do not post order details publicly. Current refund conditions are shown at checkout and do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Printing
Files are designed for US Letter paper. Printer margins, scaling, ink, paper, and device settings can change the result. Use actual size or fit-to-page according to the product instructions and print only the pages needed.
Medical boundary
Digital products organize observations, contacts, routines, questions, and professional instructions. They do not diagnose illness, choose treatment, set medication doses, or replace veterinary advice. Copy prescriptions and clinical directions exactly.
Updates
A purchase includes the files described on the product page at the time of checkout. Future products, major expansions, and unrelated editions are not automatically included unless the listing says they are.
